Your site has a tool that allows you to post bulletins to your site's "Hey Coach" page.

If your site doesn't already have this page, posting a coaching bulletin will create it. Like news items, coach bulletins can be broadcast via email but, in this case, specifically to members who have been assigned to a current team and a position with the word "Coach" in it (ie. Coach or Assistant Coach).

You may also consider password protecting this page so only coaches will be able to access it with a specific coach password that you create.

Adding a coach bulletin
Once logged in as an admin, navigate to Admin > Messaging and select the coach bulletin option. If you already have a Hey Coach page, you can go directly to the page and add a new message.
